Jaume Sabater Martos is Vice Chairman of Varia US Properties AG (“Varia US”), a Swiss based company investing in the US residential real estate market. Varia US is listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Jaume represents Varia Social Impact Investing, the registered shareholder of a 19.6% interest in the Fund Jaume is also the Chief Executive Officer & Founding Partner of Stoneweg, the asset manager of Varia US. Stoneweg is a Geneva based international real estate asset manager with over CHF 2 billion of real estate assets and projects under management. From 2003 to 2014, Mr. Sabater worked for Edmond de Rothschild Group, between 2003 and 2007 as First Vice President of the asset management team, and between 2007 and 2014, as Senior Portfolio Manager and as Head of Dedicated Accounts and Real Estate. Mr. Sabater holds a Masters degree in international management from the Community of European Management Schools in St. Gallen University and ESADE Barcelona.

Richard is the Senior Director – Government and Strategic Services at Capita plc. In this role he provides leadership and insight to the Capita Group on engagement and future business activity with Central Government and he Chairs Capita’s Smart Meters Data and Communications Company. He also advises and leads on major strategic property propositions.
Richard joined Capita in its Property and Infrastructure Division as Executive Director: Central Government and Housing in February 2012. Prior to this, Richard was the Director General, Neighbourhoods at the Department for Communities and Local Government where he was responsible for housing and planning policy in England. Richard was also the Chief Executive of the Peabody Trust from 1999-2003, a major housing association and regeneration agency that operates across London. Richard was the Chair of the National Housing Federation from 2000-2003 and is a past member of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation Housing and Neighbourhoods Committee. He received a CBE in the 2009 New Year’s Honours for his services to housing and planning.

Debby is an experienced non-executive director in the not-for-profit sector and has a track record as a senior executive in the housing association and charity world in creating organisational growth and delivering financial sustainability. From 1983 to 1992, she was Chief Executive of Habinteg, a housing association with a special focus for people with disabilities and from 1992 to 2001 she was Chief Executive of the Octavia Hill Housing Trust. She is a former chair of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and also of the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. She is a Past Master of the Mercers’ Livery Company in the City of London. Since 2001, Debby has worked as an independent management consultant in the not-for-profit sector. With an interest in education she is currently a director of Gresham College Council, Vice-Chairman of Thomas Telford School and a governor of Hammersmith Academy. She was appointed CBE in 2014 for services to the charity sector in the UK.

Christian focuses on both public and private market investment opportunities. Prior to partnering with ACPI Investment Manager, Christian helped set up, and was the CEO of boutique hedge fund Aros Capital.
Previously Christian was a Managing Director at FBR Capital Markets in London. He has been working in the financial markets for more than 21 years, mainly focused on sourcing and financing growth companies, real estate projects and private equity. Through his work at Thomas Weisel Partners and its predecessor Montgomery Securities, he worked on many IPO’s and listings both in US and Europe. Christian is Norwegian, but went to college in the US.
Christian has lived the last 16 years in London. He has a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder and graduated Second Lieutenant from the Naval Academy in Norway.

Previously Dany was a Vice President at J.P.Morgan Global Private Bank in Sao Paulo, New York and Geneva. He has been working in the financial markets for more than 24 years, with experience in fixed income trading, venture capital, private equity and asset allocation.
Dany has lived in Geneva for the last 16 years. He has a degree in economics from Pontifica Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo.
