Paul has held executive roles in affordable housing organisations for more than 20 years. He has been managing director of commercial organisations in both the private and affordable housing sectors developing and purchasing more than 10,000 Affordable Homes. Paul has developed housing related funding arrangements of up to £500 million and 30-year investment plans of up to £1.6bn. He has held responsibility for implementing and managing a suite of housing construction contracts with a value of up to £1.25bn. He is a non-executive director of Clarion Housing Association. Paul has strategic responsibility for identifying opportunities and ensuring that suitable investments are offered for consideration by the FAH Board. He has brought together a team of professional staff to manage the business.

Greg is a Partner at multi-disciplinary management consultancy Campbell Tickell. He has been a consultant for 18 years, working directly with more than 350 housing organisations and other bodies across the UK and Ireland on governance and strategy, regulation, troubleshooting, risk management, new business, mergers and acquisitions, communications and PR, regeneration, HR and recruitment. These have included many of the largest housing associations in the UK, the government housing regulators for England and the Republic of Ireland, and numerous local authorities. He was formerly a Board member of two housing associations and a non-executive Director of a specialist affordable housing development consultancy. He has national networks and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. He has an extensive track record in the search and selection of Board Chairs, CEOs and CFOs. He has project managed and advised on numerous procurement exercises, including services, works and PFI contracts, joint procurement initiatives and partner selections.

Linda is a qualified solicitor and her experience in private practice advising housing associations and their funders spans more than 20 years. She was previously at Trowers and Hamlins, a leading law firm to the affordable housing sector. Linda has been involved in a wide range of property related transactions including numerous development and regeneration schemes, joint ventures and large scale refinancing projects. Linda is involved in project managing the property investment process, is Company Secretary to the FAH housing association and provides general legal advice and support.

Adam is responsible for the generation and delivery of new business opportunities. Adam brings 27 years senior management and practical experience in the design, procurement, project management and delivery of affordable housing. Prior to joining Funding Affordable Homes, Adam was the Director of Partnerships at Flagship Housing Group where he helped re-establish Flagship as the leading affordable housing developer in the East of England. Between 1992 and 2006, Adam was the Development Director for Nene Housing Society where he delivered a range of affordable housing projects throughout Cambridgeshire and was responsible for the vision and commencement of the re-development of the Windmill Estate in Fulbourn. In 2006 Adam joined leading sustainability consultancy, Beyond Green where was responsible for development management work, providing strategic advice and project management support to a range of private, public and voluntary clients across the UK, on procurement and delivery options on built environment and corporate projects. In 2009 he set up a private consultancy Instinctively Green which specialises in the delivery of community led housing projects.
